Iyengar Yoga Workshop “Balances” October 3 – October 4, 2026. Led by Iyengar yoga teacher László Trapp, a Senior II certified Iyengar Yoga teacher from Hungary.

He has a particular interest in arm balances and the intelligent use of alignment and props to help students develop strength, confidence, and stability in these challenging postures.

László Trapp is a Senior II certified Iyengar Yoga teacher from Hungary.  His journey into yoga began in 2003 through the study of Raja Yoga, an experience that profoundly changed his perspective on life and inspired him to explore yoga more deeply. In 2005, he discovered the physical practice of yoga and soon found his path in the Iyengar method.

László started his Iyengar Yoga teacher training in 2006 and has been teaching continuously since then. Over the years, he has remained dedicated to both practice and study, attending numerous workshops and trainings with internationally respected teachers, including Rita Keller, Bob Blaeser, Claus Grzesch, Kenan Albayrak, and David Meloni.

His teaching emphasizes precision, awareness, and an individual approach to each student. He is committed to making the transformative power of Iyengar Yoga accessible to practitioners of all levels, creating a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive.

With nearly two decades of teaching experience, László continues to share the depth and richness of the Iyengar Yoga tradition with dedication and enthusiasm.
