The oldest Iyengar Yoga school in Riga, "Anahata", on September 5 and 7 at 6:30 p.m., invites those who want to start practicing yoga, those who care about it, to free introductory classes. To be able to go through life safely and stably! The new season of Anahata will start on 12.09.2022. Lessons for beginners are planned on Mondays and Wednesdays at 18.30 with Dana and Evija. As new school season is swiftly approaching (it will launch on Sept 14. in fact) and regular schedule is still being finalized we already know some important things: 1. Begginers' classes will go this year as 8-week block (16 classes) staring September 21st.  Price for the whole course is 110 Eur and it will be led by Dana. 2. We will have 5 free open introductory yoga classes this fall! Everyone is welcome and you can take friends and family with you!
