Starting from September yoga school ANAHATA is offering the class Yoga for Back Health on Fridays at 12:00 p.m., led by Ludmila Iljina (Level 2, 14 years of teaching experience).
This class is all about the spine.

The classes will focus on working with the legs and feet. The position of the legs has a strong impact on the spine, so their position is important.
The classes will teach you how to help yourself if you have back pain. How to work with your body, what props to use. What is and is not suitable for your spine.

Compared to music, you don’t have to learn a single melody, but rather master an instrument – your body, back, and legs.  Classes will take place each Friday at 12.00 PM at Yoga School Anahata. The duration of class is 90 minutes.  The price of one class is 20 EUR. Special prices for yoga membership apply for this class.

The first class is on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 12.00.
