ANAHATA Yoga School invites you to a 6-class Yoga Basics course, designed especially for complete beginners — starting from “zero”.
In this yoga course you will:
- learn the fundementals of yoga and the importance of precision of movement;
- how to consciously work with your hands, feet, and body alignment in yoga poses;
- discover Iyengar yoga is and how it differs from other types of yoga
This course builds a strong foundation for safe, mindful, and effective yoga practice.
📅 Course price: €60, 6 classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
