Meditation and yoga retreat “Silence 2026”

Retreat “Silence”  will be held on 16.07-19.07.2026. in the country farmstead “Uguņu dambji”, Uguņciems, Latvia, led by Jurek Jagucki ( Poland), Iyengar yoga and meditation teacher for 40 years.

Dates: 24.07-27.07.2026.

Mediatations, Iyengar yoga practice, discussions, vegeterian meals, accomodations.

Participation fee 495 EUR.
