Therapeutic meditative retreat

The therapeutic-meditative retreat will take place in the country farmstead “Uguņu dambji”, Uguņciems, Latvia.

The retreat is recommended for those who have current health problems. These should be indicated when applying for the retreat.
The retreat focuses on meditation to balance both physical and emotional state.

The price includes Iyengar yoga classes, meditations, discussions, vegetarian meals and accommodation.
