ANAHATA Yoga School invites you to a 6-session basic yoga course – starting from “0”.
In this course, you will learn:
- the basics of yoga and the importance of precision of movement;
- how to consciously work with your hands, feet, and body in yoga poses;
- what Iyengar yoga is and how it differs from other types of yoga.
📅 Course price: €60, 6 classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The first class is on Monday, September 8, at 5:00 p.m. Led by instructors Tamāra Bujanova and Žanna Matisone.
