I didn't notice where my feet, hands or other parts of my body were in space.<\/p>\n<p>Iyengar yoga taught me to pay attention to these small details. Over time, this awareness became part of my everyday life too \u2014 how I stand, walk and move.<\/p>\n<p>In my classes, especially for beginners, I want to share this way of practising: learning to notice and understand your body rather than simply trying to get into a pose. Yoga also teaches us to accept that our body is different every day. Some days a pose feels possible, and some days it simply doesn't \u2014 and that's part of the practice too.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cAll people are born with different constitutions.
