Led by Iyengar yoga teacher L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Trapp, a Senior II certified Iyengar Yoga teacher from Hungary.<\/p>\n<p>He has a particular interest in arm balances and the intelligent use of alignment and props to help students develop strength, confidence, and stability in these challenging postures.\u00a0 In these two days we will work on how to get in balances and will make accent on arm balances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Yoga School &#8220;Anahata&#8221;, T\u0113rbatas iela 49\/51, R\u012bga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates: 03. &#8211; 04.10. 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Early bird\u00a0 price 155 EUR if you apply till 07.09.2026 by making the advance deposit of 120 EUR. From September 8 the participation fee is 165 EUR.\u00a0 \u00a0The advance payment is not refundable, if the participation is cancelled later than 3 weeks before the event.\u00a0 Sign up for the workshop is valid till September 20, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Trapp is a Senior II certified Iyengar Yoga teacher from Hungary.\u00a0 His journey into yoga began in 2003 through the study of Raja Yoga, an experience that profoundly changed his perspective on life and inspired him to explore yoga more deeply. In 2005, he discovered the physical practice of yoga and soon found his path in the Iyengar method.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e1szl\u00f3 started his Iyengar Yoga teacher training in 2006 and has been teaching continuously since then. Over the years, he has remained dedicated to both practice and study, attending numerous workshops and trainings with internationally respected teachers, including Rita Keller, Bob Blaeser, Claus Grzesch, Kenan Albayrak, and David Meloni.<\/p>\n<p>His teaching emphasizes precision, awareness, and an individual approach to each student.
